Job Title: Operations Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Manager to lead our Operations Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of passionate Operations Officers who are the first point of contact for all MoneyPlace customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Operations Officers
  • Allocate daily, weekly, and monthly work tasks
  • Upgrade team skills and implement training programs
  • Oversee and decide customer hardship applications
  • Optimize task timings and release capacity with the Operations Support Team
  • Enhance the company's reputation
  • Support broader business initiatives to improve business performance, efficiencies, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership
  • Strong computer skills, including an adept user of Excel
  • Exposure to consumer lending and credit assessments would be an advantage
  • Familiarity with SalesForce systems would be an advantage
