Key Account Growth Specialist

Connect APAC is partnering with a leader in the Pet Care Industry to find a dynamic, results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist. This global player has a market-leading portfolio of brands and is seeking an individual to join their team.
Job Description:- Drive Wholesale Sales: Deliver monthly KPI's targets for Gross revenue and trade spend to drive growth through the wholesale channel.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage sales strategies for assigned wholesale customers, driving growth, market penetration, and brand advocacy. Build collaborative relationships with category managers and key stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies to drive wholesale sales and achieve revenue targets, identify new market opportunities, and foster relationships with MSOs, buying groups, and wholesalers.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and target new MSO, negotiating sustainable trading terms agreements, and executing onboarding strategies for sustained sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to the Pet Care Industry, a proven track record of delivering multi-year growth, and strong understanding of the 4C's of sales and the 4 P's of marketing.
