Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Business Operations Management
Oversee stakeholders to ensure seamless completion of requirements and activities.
2. Compliance and Governance
Ensure all processes adhere to the company's governance and compliance standards.
3. Leadership and Team Development
Develop resource plans within business activities and lead teams effectively.
4. Resource Optimization
Review and optimise resource allocation to support business growth and efficiency.
5. Operational Policies and Procedures
Execute risk mitigation plans and develop incident or crisis management plans to ensure gaps are mitigated.
6. Risk Analysis and Mitigation
Engage senior management for buy-in to implement solutions identified.
7. Process Improvement
Adhere to corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations and execute environmental protection policies and procedures.
8. Quality Standards
Develop measures using quality management knowledge to enhance quality standards and ensure adherence to business requirements throughout project lifecycle.
9. Workplace Safety and Health
Perform safety and health risk assessment, coordinate corrective actions to address areas of non-conformance to WSH standards and address WSH risks from assessment reports to determine hazards.
10. Safety and Health Solutioning
Manage WSH solutioning discussions around suggestions to improve existing processes and review areas in logistics operations where technology can enhance processes.
11. Technology Integration
Leverage on data analytics to build insights on technology usage and plan delivery of logistics products and services that meet customer requirements.
