Corporate Services Leader

This is a critical leadership role that oversees the entire corporate services function across all facets of the organisation. The Corporate Services Manager will lead a team responsible for ensuring good business systems and processes are in place, supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the corporate services team, including finance, human resources, information technology, workplace health and safety, and administration.
  • Coordinate corporate planning, budgeting, and delivery, working closely with the General Manager and other senior staff.
  • Oversee the provision of contract management services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the review and development of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practice.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights to inform organisational decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business management, human resources, finance, or accounting.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams, including workforce planning and staff performance management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, cashflows, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel.

  • Lead the coordination, integration, and implementation of financial services, human resource management, WHS, risk, compliance, IT, and administration for the organisation.
  • Lead the team in delivering compliant, accurate, and timely Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable tasks.
