Job Overview

The Corporate Services Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer to ensure seamless business operations and efficient processes within the organisation. This position coordinates corporate planning, budgeting, and delivery while overseeing various functions including finance, governance, compliance, risk management, workplace health and safety (WHS), information technology, and human resources.

This role is responsible for leading corporate services to guarantee the organisation operates effectively and efficiently. Key duties include:

  • Leading corporate functions encompassing finance, HR, WHS, risk, compliance, IT, and administration
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to maintain property, plant, and equipment
  • Liaising, engaging, and coordinating with the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, and other senior staff/team leaders

The successful candidate will possess qualifications in a relevant discipline, experience in financial management accounting systems, and demonstrated project management skills. They will also exhibit exceptional communication skills and be able to communicate with and influence a diverse client base.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week), but alternative arrangements could be negotiated. The position is employed under standard terms and conditions of employment.

The Corporate Services Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures to ensure compliance, relevance, and alignment with strategic objectives. They will also oversee the administration of contracts and support the HR team in providing Human Resources services across the business.
