Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and effective marketing professional with exceptional organisational and communication skills looking to build a career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing plans.
- Work with design and paid media agency to ensure timely production and delivery of paid media assets.
- Work with external vendors in the production of email newsletters, webcasts, and client marketing campaigns.
- Assist the marketing team in the execution of marketing events, including in-house functions and external conference sponsorships.
- Gather and analyse metrics for marketing-related activities, assist in preparing campaign and post-event reports, manage stakeholder reporting, and deliver actionable recommendations based on findings where required.
- Conduct competitor research to identify marketing trends and insights to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with compliance to ensure all materials produced are fully compliant with regulations.
- Assist with other marketing projects and activities to support the business as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other business-related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' marketing experience in the financial services industry, ideally within asset management.
- Solid understanding of the Australian investment management industry, including investment products, the needs of the financial adviser audience, and the competitor landscape.
