This Corporate M&A ECM role is a fantastic chance to work on high-profile PE transactions in Australia.
You will be part of a large Corporate team with a focus on private treaty and private equity deals, working closely with impressive clients and leading professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Advise on complex corporate transactions, drawing on your expertise in M&A and ECM;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver successful deal outcomes for clients;
- Develop and maintain extensive networks throughout the Australian legal and commercial landscape.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
RequirementsTo be successful in this Corporate M&A ECM Lawyer position, you will need:
- a strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A and ECM;
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- a minimum of 3-8 years' experience in a similar role;
- experience in the Consumer, Healthcare, or Technology sectors is highly desirable.
