Corporate M&A Lawyer Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, private equity, and general securities law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with partners and other team members on corporate transactions;
  • Assist with due diligence, contract negotiation, and drafting;
  • Provide advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets;
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and pitches for clients;
Requirements:
  • Between 3-7 years' corporate experience from another highly regarded corporate practice;
  • Australia qualified lawyers looking to return to Sydney from high profile law firms overseas considered;
