Corporate Lawyer 2+ PQE Job Opportunity

As a junior corporate lawyer, you will be part of the national corporate and commercial team in Sydney, working on diverse and challenging projects with clients across both private and public sectors.

Job Profile

The Corporate team operates nationally, providing opportunities to work on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. You will be supported by respected partners and encouraged to develop your own commercial client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting transactional corporate/commercial work
  • Assisting in identifying commercial risks and developing strategies

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, corporate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets, and private equity.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of PQE experience in transactional corporate/commercial matters
  • Demonstrable background in:
    • Commercial Contracts
    • Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
    • Joint Ventures
    • Capital Markets
    • Private Equity
