Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced M&A lawyers to join our Sydney and/or Melbourne offices due to the continued growth of our Corporate and Transactional Services practice in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client expectations and lines of enquiry on domestic and cross border transactions
  • Work closely with Partners on business development activities to identify new client opportunities
  • Contribute strategically to proposal and tender efforts
  • Develop valuable relationships and build market presence
Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified lawyer with 4-8 years post-qualification experience in private practice
  • Demonstrated experience working on private and/or public M&A transactions
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collegiate and collaborative, with ability to lead, mentor and support team members
