Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of post-admission experience as a Corporate Lawyer.
  • Demonstrated track record of working on high-profile deals, including private treaty and private equity transactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
