Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic corporate and commercial team.
The RoleThis position involves working on a range of corporate transactions, advising on regulatory matters, drafting commercial agreements, and supporting senior lawyers on complex local and cross-border deals.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the delivery of end-to-end support on significant M&A and equity capital markets transactions
- Develop strong expertise across the full spectrum of corporate work
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- 3–4 years' post-admission experience in M&A and capital markets work, preferably within a mid or top-tier firm
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- A commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative, client-focused approach
