About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and refining cloud-based solutions that empower our clients to achieve their business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their unique challenges and aspirations, translating those insights into robust, secure, and transformative architectures that leverage the full potential of GCP.

Your mastery of DevOps + GitOps principles and expertise in platform engineering, particularly around Google Cloud and Terraform/IAC Tooling, will be essential as you champion a culture of automation, agility, and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design comprehensive cloud solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and growth
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements

  • A proven track record in IT, with a strong background focused on architecting and implementing solutions on GCP
  • Deep technical knowledge - Expert-level understanding of GCP services (Compute, Serverless, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, etc.), infrastructure as code (Terraform), GitOps, DevOps principles, and cloud security best practices
  • Must have strong knowledge and experience of Google Cloud Architecture processes
  • Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, influence decision-makers, and inspire teams
  • Solution-oriented mindset - Passion for solving challenging problems, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results
  • Certifications - Hold multiple Professional-level Google Cloud certifications (Cloud Architect, Cloud DevOps Engineer, etc.), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning
  • Consulting expertise - Experience gathering requirements, developing proposals, and presenting client solutions
