Job Title: International Travel and Logistics Coordinator

This is a newly created role, in response to the international demands of our organization. The International Travel and Logistics Coordinator will work closely with senior management to assist with all aspects of travel coordination, including managing complex international itineraries, booking private jets, catering, and occasional security details.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of global travel logistics, private aviation, and visa/international travel documentation requirements. They will be responsible for acting as a trusted point of contact during high-stakes travel moments, ensuring seamless and smooth experiences behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including all transfers and both commercial and private aviation
  • Coordinate accommodations, visa applications, and required documentation for seamless international travel
  • Act as the primary point of contact between senior management and the security team to assess needs, arrange protective services, and confidently brief external security providers
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip itineraries and documentation
  • Provide real-time support and rapid problem-solving in response to travel-related issues
