Global Logistics Expert

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Global Logistics Expert to manage complex international itineraries, coordinate accommodations, and ensure seamless travel experiences for our executives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of global travel logistics, private aviation, and visa/international travel documentation requirements. They must be able to thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving logistical puzzles, and have a passion for creating smooth experiences behind the scenes.

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including all transfers and both commercial and private aviation.
  • Coordinate accommodations, visa applications, and required documentation for international travel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our office and the security team to assess needs, arrange protective services, and confidently brief external security providers.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive trip itineraries and documentation.
  • Provide real-time support and rapid problem-solving in response to travel-related issues.
