Job Title: Travel Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for entertainment clients, ensuring accurate and timely bookings while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and book client travel with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Manage administrative tasks including ticketing, documentation, and reporting
  • Support the development of junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND SUPPLIERS, NEGOTIATING COST-EFFECTIVE TRAVEL OPTIONS
  • Collaborate globally and adapt to a dynamic environment
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a travel-related role (2-3 years preferred)
  • GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
