Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled workforce manager to lead the performance and development team. This role is responsible for coordinating the recruitment of nursing, midwifery, and frontline staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the recruitment process for permanent, temporary, and casual staff in nursing, midwifery, and frontline roles.
  • Ensure contemporary human resource practices are utilised to maintain an appropriately skilled workforce.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive workforce performance and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse and/or Registered Midwife with current registration.
  • Postgraduate management qualification or extensive clinical and management experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with sound computer literacy.
