As a seasoned workforce manager, you will oversee the strategic direction of human resources operations in line with Australian labour laws and workplace regulations.

Job Description:

This role involves leading and managing human resources teams to drive employee engagement initiatives and support organisational growth across multiple locations in Australia. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing HR teams, with strong knowledge of Australian labour laws, Fair Work Act, WHS legislation, and modern awards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and documentation are compliant with Australian labour regulations.
  • Lead and mentor HR teams to deliver high-quality HR services and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and travel across Australia to engage with employees and support managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong organisational and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
