Come join our dynamic team as a Workforce Transformation Manager, a pivotal role in crafting the future of our workforce. Based in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia, this opportunity will empower you to lead and implement world-class workforce strategies that drive our business forward.

The day to day

- Lead workforce transformation initiatives including organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Partner with senior leaders and P&C teams to craft and deliver workforce strategies that align with business objectives.
- Analyse workforce data, trends, and future capability requirements to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Design and manage workforce transition programs including role changes, redeployment, and workforce reduction programs where required.
- Implement change management strategies to support colleague engagement and adoption of workforce initiatives.
- Develop and track workforce transformation metrics and report outcomes to executive leadership.
- Ensure workforce transformation programs align with legal, industrial, and organisational policies.

- Effective collaborator management and influencing skills, including experience working with senior executives.
- Demonstrated analytical capability with workforce data and insights.
