Key Responsibilities

As a NILs Loans Officer, you will:

  • Conduct face-to-face and remote loan interviews with clients.
  • Assist with compiling and submitting loan applications.
  • Follow up on required documentation and liaise with relevant authorities where needed.
  • Promote the NILs program and connect clients to other Community Gateway services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and meet reporting requirements.
  • Support loan clients who fall behind in repayments.

You'll be based in Lismore but may occasionally travel across the NSW North Coast region.
