Job Requirements
  • A genuine understanding of the needs of people on low incomes is essential for this role.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in community services, finance or similar fields are highly desirable.

About the Role
  • As a NILs Loans Officer, you will conduct face-to-face and remote loan interviews with clients, assist with compiling and submitting loan applications, and follow up on required documentation.
  • Promoting the NILs program and connecting clients to other relevant services is also an important aspect of this role.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and meeting reporting requirements ensures the smooth operation of the team.
