**The Role**

Northern Rivers Community Gateway have been delivering welfare and community capacity building programs and services in Lismore for nearly 50 years. Today our service delivery footprint has expanded across the Northern NSW region.

This role is based in Lismore, however at times you will be required to travel to various other locations around the NSW North Coast region.

**Selection Criteria**
- Essential_
- An understanding of needs of people on a low income
- Relevant qualifications and / or experience to undertake the range of activities required
- Ability to meet targets, work flexibly and within tight deadlines
- Computer literacy and experience in databases and Microsoft office programs
- Desirable_
- Experience in the microfinance or loan field
- Additional requirements_
- Police Check
- Current NSW Drivers licence
