Position Overview
The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a skilled Claims Consultant to enhance our Accident and Health division. This role is ideal for an experienced claims professional with a background in the insurance sector. We are committed to the growth of our employees through structured succession planning and a variety of mentoring and training initiatives.
This role is available as a permanent full-time position, with a flexible hybrid working model that includes both office and remote work options.
Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
- Overseeing a portfolio of Accident and Health insurance claims, ensuring adherence to policy guidelines
- Managing the claims process from initiation to resolution
- Coordinating with external rehabilitation services to facilitate clients' return to work
- Engaging with customers through various communication channels
