Job Description

The Risk & Identity Solutions team is responsible for leading the sales and delivery of Visa's risk and dispute solutions in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands cluster. The team collaborates with regional and global stakeholders to develop and scale Visa's Risk, Identity, and Dispute solutions.

The Senior Director, Risk, Identity, and Dispute Solutions will be responsible for sales and commercialisation of Visa's Risk, Identity, and Dispute solutions and will be a key member of the local Value-Added Services leadership team.

Risk, Identity, and Dispute Solutions include a comprehensive set of Visa products and services that help clients manage risk and fraud as well as enterprise dispute solutions that prevent or manage disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a pipeline of opportunities and negotiate long-term commercial outcomes for Visa.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for a team of high-calibre sales and solutioning professionals.
  • Lead the commercialisation and go-to-market execution for new solutions in partnership with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Be the local advocate and evangelist for Risk, Identity, and Dispute solutions across the local cluster.
  • Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Risk, Identity, and Dispute services.
Requirements
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to think creatively on extending the value of existing solutions.
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience in commercial sales or client engagement with financial institutions and payments.
  • A high energy, motivated team player who can effectively work across functions and teams.
