Outbound Call Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in providing outbound calls to NDIS participants. Our purpose is empowering individuals to achieve better lives, and our mission is to support people in becoming more independent, feeling a sense of belonging, and getting involved in their communities.
The Role- Contact participants via outbound calls, offering an efficient and welcoming first point of contact.
- Organise plan review meetings, initial meetings, and unscheduled reviews between the participant and their allocated LAC office.
- Respond to participants' enquiries related to their meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as creating and sending client correspondence.
- Experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Able to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly and empathetic approach.
