Casual Sales Representative – Outbound Support (Energy) Location: Perth (On-site)

Hours: 30 hours per week, rotating roster

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for delivering great customer experiences? We're looking for a motivated Casual Support Representative to join our Perth team, providing outbound support calls within the energy sector.

What you'll be doing:

  • Making outbound support calls to customers to assist with energy product enquiries and solutions
  • Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored guidance
  • Working closely with the Centre Manager to meet weekly targets and KPIs
  • Maintaining accurate call records and following compliance requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
  • Sales, call centre, or customer service experience (energy sector experience a plus, but not required)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, 30 hours per week on-site in Perth
