We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Officers to fill a vacant role in Melbourne as the first point of contact for key services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an efficient and welcoming first point of contact through outbound calls to NDIS participants
  • Co-ordinate plan review meetings, initial meetings and unscheduled reviews between the participant and their allocated LAC office
  • Handle inbound calls assisting participants with their enquiries related to their meetings
  • Perform general administration tasks including creating and sending client correspondence

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment, be computer literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also be empathetic yet able to follow procedures and willing to learn and develop professionally.
