Member Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join our Sales and Member Service Outbound team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to make outbound calls to members daily, have meaningful conversations with existing members, provide support and general advice to new members, and work towards conversion not product sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a number of outbound calls to members daily, leveraging strong communication skills to engage with customers and drive business growth.
  • Have meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current products and services, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Provide support and general advice to new members, ensuring they receive a seamless onboarding experience and optimal service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability to changing requirements of our members, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
  • Resilience and ability to handle a variety of different calls, from simple queries to complex issues.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet specific KPIs, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
