Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the acquisition and successful execution of complex projects. We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-value, multi-year programs with multiple subcontractors and international supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic team of engineers, technicians, and logisticians to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with primes and CASG to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
  • Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the project team, promoting continuous improvement and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in complex defence projects.
  • Tertiary qualifications and a traceable history of delivering projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management abilities, with a strong understanding of PM frameworks and defence standards.
  • A thorough understanding of business operations, including budgetary management and NV1 AGSVA clearance.
