About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Project Manager to join our team for a contract duration of 3-6 months. As part of our Legal Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving greater efficiency, transparency, and certainty in legal matters through effective project management support.

Your key responsibilities will include working closely with clients, Partners, lawyers, and your colleagues to apply project management methodologies to live matters. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key qualifications for this role include demonstrable experience of project management in consultancy or professional services firms, preferably within the legal industry. You should have excellent client-facing skills, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced organizational and influencing skills, flexibility of style, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of initiative and independent judgment is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot, make decisions, and follow through on tasks.

You will work closely with virtual teams in a global environment and must have experience working with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications are highly desirable.
