Project Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a centralised system for project scheduling, reporting, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance across the region.
  • Support Construction Managers and guide contractors to develop and follow a standard planned/actual progress reporting procedure.
  • Work in collaboration with Construction Managers and contractors to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach and ensure accuracy in project execution and reporting.
  • Develop mechanisms to ensure that appropriate planning and compatibility of scheduling techniques and systems are implemented by Contractors to meet project milestones.
  • Review baseline scheduling documentation and ensure accurate actual versus planned progress, and identify ambiguities, risks, and key issues.
  • Coordinate with project teams to implement schedule adjustments, reallocate resourcing, and streamline processes to optimise project delivery and minimise scheduling conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in schedule management, project control, and formulating construction programs, especially for infrastructure and mission-critical projects. They will also have experience in database administration and MS Suite, as well as developing scheduling standards and processes.
