Job Overview

As a seasoned infrastructure leader, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-profile water infrastructure projects for our esteemed clients. Your expertise and vision will shape the future of our organisation, driving innovation and excellence in every aspect of our operations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent water infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Take full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Engage closely with our tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to project completion, fostering collaborative relationships and effective communication.
  • Oversee a dedicated support team, including HSEQ resources, commercial specialists, and project controls experts, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional results.
  • Manage 6-10 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Report directly to the General Manager, maintaining open lines of communication and contributing to strategic decision-making.


About You:
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex water infrastructure projects, with a strong background in Tier 2-4 civil or utilities contracting.
  • Proven ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem-solving, driving innovation and efficiency in every project.
  • Deep understanding of utilities infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater systems, with a passion for staying at the forefront of industry developments and best practices.
