We are seeking a seasoned project leader to join our team and drive the successful delivery of high-voltage substation and battery energy storage system projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex electrical infrastructure projects, with strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen. They will be able to unite cross-functional teams under a common goal and lead dedicated delivery teams to achieve project objectives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a pivotal leadership role in Australia's renewable energy transition. As a project manager, you will oversee the safe, high-quality, cost-effective delivery of high-voltage substations and battery energy storage system projects across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guide and coach others to promote a culture of zero harm proactively and visibly.
  2. Responsible for implementing and contributing to developing project delivery plans to manage and control projects.
  3. Provide leadership and direction to achieve project objectives, including standards and procedures, and provide advice regarding technical issues.
  4. Manage projects following the Downer Project Management Delivery model.

You are a results-driven project leader with a proven track record delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects. You bring technical strength, commercial acumen, and the ability to unite cross-functional teams under a common goal.
