Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent water infrastructure projects
  • Take full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with the tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to completion
  • Oversee a support team including dedicated resources, post-award commercial and project controls support
  • Manage direct reports (depending on project size)
  • Report directly to senior leadership
  • Work flexibly across office and site locations
About You:
  • Proven experience delivering water infrastructure projects
  • Background in civil or utilities contracting
  • Deep understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem solving

You will take ownership of leading multiple water infrastructure projects where you will deliver high-quality results.
