A ICT Infrastructure Leadership Opportunity
About The Role:This is a full-time ongoing leadership opportunity to oversee the operational management of all ICT infrastructure, including desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead skilled technical teams in the management of networks, servers, and end-user devices.
- Oversee core infrastructure operations to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage service delivery processes, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cyber security requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to contribute to projects and procurement.
- Familiarity with modern workplace environments and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD (desired).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience leading technical teams in infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing core infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of service delivery processes and cyber security requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
