Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Educator to join our team at PCYC Balaclava OSHC. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. You will be responsible for interacting with and effectively supervising the children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No formal qualifications are prerequisite, but Qualified Educators require a Minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector (desirable)
  • Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards
  • Desire to succeed in an amazingly supportive workplace
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain) (desirable)
