Due to company expansion, RAATSICC is seeking two committed and skilled professionals to join their team as a Support Worker - Family Care Specialist in Mossman and Lockhart River.

Position Purpose
The Support Worker - Family Care Specialist will provide case management support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families experiencing vulnerability. This includes providing guidance on safe care and protection for children at risk, developing and maintaining individual case management plans, and administering and maintaining client data records.
About You
We are looking for compassionate individuals with a strong commitment to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families. Successful candidates will be effective communicators with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively within a team. A current Drivers Licence and a valid Working With Children Check (Blue Card) are essential requirements for this role.
Salary Package
This part-time position offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer leave loading, salary packaging, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
