Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinic Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service, you will play a vital role in managing appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and families. You will also have experience with practice management software and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointments for our team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families
  • Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
  • Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
  • General typing, data entry, and computer work
Requirements:
  • Experience with practice management software
  • Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
