Role Description

This is a contract role for a Clinical Manager at NeuroCog. The Clinical Manager will handle day-to-day clinical operations, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing treatment plans for clients, conducting assessments, coordinating training sessions, and providing support to enhance client outcomes. This hybrid role is located in Manly, NSW, with some tasks to be performed remotely.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in clinical operations and healthcare compliance
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both in-office and remotely
  • Master\'s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required
  • Relevant licensure or certification in Clinical Management or equivalent
  • Previous experience in neurocognitive training or similar settings is a plus
