We're on the lookout for a proactive and personable Clinic Administrator with a strong "can-do" attitude to join our welcoming team in Manly. If you're experienced with practice management software and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for families reaching out to our service
  • Manage appointments for our team of therapists (in-clinic and mobile)
  • Maintain accurate client records and uphold privacy standards
  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families
  • Handle accounts receivable and NDIS claims
  • Support therapists with admin tasks related to therapy
  • General typing, data entry, and computer work
What You'll Bring
  • Experience with practice management software is essential
  • Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements or similar funding packages
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
