Psychology Position

This role involves delivering evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting standardized clinical assessments, providing information, education, and support, developing functional goals with clients and families, offering evidence-based therapy interventions and resources, and reviewing progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to clients and families on mental health topics.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions that cater to individual needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, including current registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in completing risk assessments and mental health evaluations.
  • A passion for making therapy engaging, fun, and meaningful for families.
