Role Description
This is a contract role for a Clinic Manager at NeuroCog. The Clinic Manager will manage daily operations, compliance, and team support to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and delivers the best possible outcomes for clients.
Key Activities include:
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
- Creating and implementing processes and procedures to streamline activities
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare and funding regulations (NDIS, Better Access, DVA, Work Cover, WDO, AEP)
- Overseeing and supporting clinicians and administrative staff
- Coordinating training sessions and professional development
- Monitoring client care pathways and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Tracking and reporting on clinic performance and outcomes
- Supporting the integration of neurocognitive training into client care
- Building positive relationships with clients, families, and referral partners
The role is based in Manly, NSW. Most work will take place in the clinic, with some flexibility available where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in clinical operations and healthcare compliance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly within a clinical setting
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling, or a related field required
- Relevant licensure or certification in Clinical Management or equivalent
- Previous experience in neurocognitive training or similar settings is preferred
- Bonus: Assessments and treatment experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with NDIS, Better Access, DVA, Work Cover, WDO, and AEP frameworks
