About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, leadership and support to deliver quality services.

  • Responsibilities include supporting families to implement supportive strategies into their everyday lives, coaching and support for families, group programs and individual therapy, linking families with community supports, and assisting with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously in the community. Qualifications are flexible; however, the following attributes are sought:

  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
  • Experience in paediatrics and/or training/experience in supporting therapy needs is highly regarded.
  • No formal qualification required, but experience with children and families with additional needs (including lived experience) is essential.
  • Knowledge of the NDIS is desirable.
