Production Manager Role

About the Job:

The Production Manager supports day-to-day operations within a TGA environment, planning, organizing, leading and training staff to achieve production plans on time, within quality standards, safely. You'll develop a positive team culture and ensure operations run efficiently.

About You:

- You have a proven production background gained within Disability, FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing with demonstrated experience balancing operational performance, planning and delivery.
- You enjoy planning, engaging stakeholders and developing people through your highly developed communication skills.
- You're determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, your team, and your local community
- You can lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with flexibility and a strong sense of ownership
- You have demonstrated ability to communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of people
- You have proven experience using ERP systems, Navision would be advantageous
