Employee Experience Coordinator Job

The role of Employee Experience Coordinator is pivotal in creating a workplace that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusivity. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with all team members and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to Leadership Development & Employee Experience (LD&EX)
  • Maintain and assist with content development for hubs/pages, ensuring currency, accessibility, and a great user experience
  • Work with our Participation DEI team to deliver internal DEI awareness and activities and learning programs
  • Organise organisation social calendar events with the Tennis Together program and liaise with Member Associations
  • Liaise with learning compliance content owners to ensure strong compliance performance
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop and enhance the employee experience journey
  • Support Australian Open Workforce Program Lead with AO and Summer of Tennis review, planning, and delivery

About You:

  • Demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • High level of attention to detail and outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan work programs, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Able to make decisions when required and ensure tasks are followed through to completion
  • Sound IT competency - experience with Microsoft Office
  • Confident, can-do attitude and a customer-service orientation to resolve/respond to enquiries
  • Display creative skills and innovative thinking
