We invite experienced Speech Pathologists from various backgrounds to join our multidisciplinary team. Our flexible work arrangements enable you to choose your schedule, working in a range of settings, including clinics and community locations.
About the RoleWe are expanding our Speech Pathology team and welcome dynamic professionals to be part of our team. As a successful candidate, you will provide supports to NDIS participants across various areas, including early intervention, paediatrics, adults, and neuro-affirming practices.
Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, allowing you to gain experience across different clinical areas. We strive to create an inclusive environment where our team members can grow professionally and personally.

You may find us working in childcare centres, schools, homes, or clinic spaces, as well as outreach locations. We prioritize collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and celebrate our successes together.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an allocated caseload based on your negotiated hours and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Deliver services to children aged 0-5, focusing on early language, feeding, and school-readiness skills.
- Support school-aged children with literacy, social communication, speech, and fluency skills.
- Work with adults on functional communication, dysphagia, mealtime management, and neurodegenerative diseases rehabilitation.

- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
