Support and guide our residents to maintain their health, well-being, and independence in a caring environment. This role involves providing person-centered nursing care to meet the individual needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care that respects and values the rights and dignity of each resident.
- Contribute to comprehensive care planning that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive seamless care.
- Provide education, support, and guidance to Care Assistants in daily care delivery.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status, including any signs of illness or injury.
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma of Nursing and current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
- At least 6 months experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in aged care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care.
