
Lead Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity. You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include managing an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services, mentoring early career clinicians, and maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
