Strategic Philanthropy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of major supporters.
This role will engage, retain, and grow long-term donor relationships that fund life-changing programs with a key focus on microfinance and health initiatives.
About the Role- Qualify, manage and grow a portfolio of major donors giving $10,000+ annually using strategic engagement to deepen relationships and increase giving over time.
- Develop tailored goals and communication plans for each donor, aligned with their interests and giving capacity.
- Proactively engage new philanthropic prospects and referral networks to expand the donor base.
- Collaborate with program and fundraising teams to craft impactful donor pitches and project proposals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, sales or customer engagement, with a strong focus on KPIs and outcomes.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage high-net-worth individuals and represent an organisation publicly.
- Proactive and self-directed, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- A team player with a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
