Job Title: End User Sales Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to oversee the expansion of the Automated Logic Brand in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, mechanical contractors, and builders to drive business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the Automated Logic Brand in Australia
- Manage relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Provide professional submissions and estimates to customers
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales
- Build strong relationships with new and potential clients
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager on client and industry feedback
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Building Automation and HVAC Industry
- Strong knowledge of Building automation technologies and designs
- Experience leading a sales team and proven success in previous sales roles
- Ability to develop and implement budgets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to sell and develop commercial contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
